Mike Madsen was the sole Matterport provider for Lennar Homes' Las Vegas divisions, documenting model homes across Summerlin, Henderson and North Las Vegas as the builder rolled out its 3D tour program.
The engagement
Lennar, a top-3 US homebuilder, needed every Las Vegas model home captured as an interactive 3D tour. Buyers browsing Lennar.com could walk each model remotely, spin the dollhouse view, and study the floor plan before ever visiting a sales center.
Each model was captured with a Matterport 3D tour: a full 360° interactive walkthrough, a roof-off dollhouse view that rotates, zooms and separates by floor, floor-plan views for each level, and VR-goggle support alongside phone- and tablet-responsive viewing. The same capture feeds schematic floor plans, one shoot, every deliverable a builder's sales team needs.
Because one photographer handled every division, the tours are consistent: same exposure style, same walking flow, same measurement accuracy. Sales teams never had to re-explain what they were looking at from community to community.
