This site should work for everyone.

What I aim for

This website targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA — the benchmark most commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for websites. It's a solo business, so accessibility is something I build in directly rather than delegate.

What's already in place

• Every photograph carries descriptive alternative text.
• Pages are navigable by keyboard alone; interactive controls show visible focus.
• Headings follow a logical order, and landmarks let screen readers skip around.
• Color contrast meets AA ratios for text in both light and dark themes.
• Videos and 3D tours load only when you choose to open them, and every tour link also works as a plain link.
• Forms label every field and describe errors in text, not color alone.
• The site works without JavaScript for reading content, booking by phone, or using the contact links.

Known limits

Third-party embeds, Matterport 3D tours, YouTube videos, Google Maps, are built by their providers, and their internal accessibility is outside my control. Where an embed can't be made fully accessible, the same information is available another way (photos, floor plans, or a phone call).
