Do you charge a travel fee for Henderson?
No. Henderson is part of the Las Vegas Valley (about 20–30 minutes from my central base, ~16 miles southeast), so standard shoots there carry no travel surcharge. Outlying areas beyond the valley are quoted case by case.
What's the turnaround time for Henderson photography?
Standard delivery is the same as everywhere I shoot: HDR photos and Matterport 3D tours in 24–48 hours, and floor plans within 48 hours. Rush next-morning delivery is available.
Can you fly a drone in Henderson?
Yes. I am an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot and handle the airspace authorizations required in the Las Vegas area. Henderson's hillside communities (MacDonald Highlands, Anthem Country Club) sit close to Henderson Executive Airport's airspace; drone work here uses Mike's FAA Part 107 authorization and LAANC approvals so flights are legal and insured.
