Do you charge a travel fee for Summerlin?
No. Summerlin is part of the Las Vegas Valley (about 25–35 minutes from my central base, ~13 miles west), so standard shoots there carry no travel surcharge. Outlying areas beyond the valley are quoted case by case.
What's the turnaround time for Summerlin photography?
Standard delivery is the same as everywhere I shoot: HDR photos and Matterport 3D tours in 24–48 hours, and floor plans within 48 hours. Rush next-morning delivery is available.
Can you fly a drone in Summerlin?
Yes. I am an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot and handle the airspace authorizations required in the Las Vegas area. Skye Canyon and the far northwest corner of Summerlin border higher terrain and approach corridors; drone flights there are planned around Nellis and North Las Vegas airspace using FAA Part 107 LAANC authorizations.
