Where we work
Real estate moves fast across the valley — a Summerlin listing Monday, a Henderson new-build Wednesday, a Boulder City custom home Friday. Because there's no crew to coordinate, scheduling flexes around the property, not a subcontractor's route sheet.
The Las Vegas Valley covers roughly 600 square miles of Clark County, and I've been photographing it since 2010. From the luxury hillsides of MacDonald Highlands and Lake Las Vegas to the high-volume new construction of Cadence and Inspirada, the same eye and the same edit standard apply to every shoot. 27+ neighborhoods and counting — if your street isn't listed below, it's still covered.

Practical details
Clark County is home base. Standard shoots across Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas and Boulder City don't carry a travel surcharge. Outlying and rural properties are quoted case by case.
Las Vegas is ringed by controlled airspace around Harry Reid International and other fields. I hold an FAA Part 107 license and handle airspace authorizations, so drone shots near the approach corridors are done legally or not at all.
24–48 hour standard delivery on HDR photos and 3D tours wherever the property sits in the valley. Rush next-morning delivery is available when a listing needs to go live fast.
