Do you charge a travel fee for The Ridges?
No. The Ridges is part of the Las Vegas Valley (about 25–30 minutes from my central base, ~13 miles west), so standard shoots there carry no travel surcharge. Outlying areas beyond the valley are quoted case by case.
What's the turnaround time for The Ridges photography?
Standard delivery is the same as everywhere I shoot: HDR photos and Matterport 3D tours in 24–48 hours, and floor plans within 48 hours. Rush next-morning delivery is available.
Can you fly a drone in The Ridges?
Yes. I am an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot and handle the airspace authorizations required in the Las Vegas area. West-side shoots schedule against the sunset, twilight capture starts about 40 minutes before dusk. Drone work sits near Summerlin's edge of controlled airspace and flies under my FAA Part 107 authorizations.
