Do you charge a travel fee for Southern Highlands?
No. Southern Highlands is part of the Las Vegas Valley (about 20–25 minutes from my central base, ~12 miles southwest), so standard shoots there carry no travel surcharge. Outlying areas beyond the valley are quoted case by case.
What's the turnaround time for Southern Highlands photography?
Standard delivery is the same as everywhere I shoot: HDR photos and Matterport 3D tours in 24–48 hours, and floor plans within 48 hours. Rush next-morning delivery is available.
Can you fly a drone in Southern Highlands?
Yes. I am an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot and handle the airspace authorizations required in the Las Vegas area. Southwest corridor shoots stack efficiently with Spring Valley and Mountains Edge bookings, often same-day. Drone flights near I-15 approach paths are pre-checked against current airspace restrictions.
