Do you charge a travel fee for MacDonald Highlands?
No. MacDonald Highlands is part of the Las Vegas Valley (about 30–35 minutes from my central base, ~17 miles southeast), so standard shoots there carry no travel surcharge. Outlying areas beyond the valley are quoted case by case.
What's the turnaround time for MacDonald Highlands photography?
Standard delivery is the same as everywhere I shoot: HDR photos and Matterport 3D tours in 24–48 hours, and floor plans within 48 hours. Rush next-morning delivery is available.
Can you fly a drone in MacDonald Highlands?
Yes. I am an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot and handle the airspace authorizations required in the Las Vegas area. The Highlands sit near Henderson Executive Airport's airspace; every flight is pre-cleared under my FAA Part 107 with LAANC where required. Hillside access and gate codes are arranged before shoot day.
