Do you charge a travel fee for Lake Las Vegas?
No. Lake Las Vegas is part of the Las Vegas Valley (about 35–40 minutes from my central base, ~20 miles southeast), so standard shoots there carry no travel surcharge. Outlying areas beyond the valley are quoted case by case.
What's the turnaround time for Lake Las Vegas photography?
Standard delivery is the same as everywhere I shoot: HDR photos and Matterport 3D tours in 24–48 hours, and floor plans within 48 hours. Rush next-morning delivery is available.
Can you fly a drone in Lake Las Vegas?
Yes. I am an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot and handle the airspace authorizations required in the Las Vegas area. Lake shoots time to glass-water mornings or golden hour; waterfront access is confirmed with the villages beforehand. Drone flights respect the resort's airspace and event calendar.
