Braewood Heritage Square is a 400-unit gated townhouse community in Las Vegas. In townhouse communities, unit interiors run similar, what separates one listing from the next is the clubhouse, the pools, the spa. That's what we shot.

The shoot

Spherical 360s of every public space.

Working with community management, Mike captured spherical 360 images across Braewood Heritage Square's public areas in 2016, one shoot covering every amenity residents use.

The deliverables were 360° spherical images — standalone interactive panoramas that drop a viewer into the space and let them look in every direction. For an HOA or community manager, they're reusable marketing assets: drop them into the community website, sales materials, or listing presentations for every unit that hits the market.

HOA amenity photography has rules. Ask first.

Some HOAs don't allow photos or virtual tours in community public areas; others do. It varies by community, and it's the first question to settle before booking an amenity shoot.
